The second day’s focus is on:all matters concerning your behaviors. Your thoughts, your language, your diet, sport, sleep, relationships, all emotions and feelings, (anxiety, love, anger, calmness and peace of mind), attitude and mood in general, and what you are doing and what you aren’t.
